Work On the Three Columns

In working on the three columns, "Trinity," we are finding that these pieces are probably in worse condition with more degradation of the original paint than the other sculptures in the Chapel. As a result, we cannot remove all of the restoration but are successfully reducing it to arrive at a more even surface. We are continuing to explore options for removing the bottom-most restoration layer.
